She is a result oriented team player with twenty (20) years of extensive experience in the Biodiversity Conservation space and developing models and initiatives in CBNRM and community Law enforcement program, with broad experience in social Change programing for rural communities, Comprehensive work in CBNRM governance community institutions, partnership building within the wildlife and community forestry conservation space. Experience in project appraisal, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of development program.

Demonstrated skills and experience on Policy and Institutional review for alignment and coherence.  Excellent Mobilisation, strategic planning, Project management and engendering skills and community-led enterprises.

She is holder of Doctorate of Philosophy in Natural Resources Management, MA in project Management and Appraisal, BA in Development studies, Diploma in Natural Resources Management and Certificate in Wildlife Management.
