He is a Civil Engineer and Monitoring and Evaluation officer, he knows how to manage, monitor and evaluate the progress of any project.
He is familiar with process of research/survey work as he undertook the Nature based tourism survey which covered all the CRBs in Zambia hence has sufficient knowledge about communities in Zambia.
He was driven to pursue Civil Engineering and Monitoring and evaluation from his passion to make sure that projects are properly done, monitored and evaluated in which ever work he is given to work on. He is motivated by his strong desire to make sure that there are not resources wasted during the implantation of a project to end of the project and make sure that that work is done correctly.
He was educated from Zhejiang A&F University with a distinction in Engineering Bachelor of Civil engineering and a Certificate in monitoring and evaluation from Handsworth institute.
